Woven patches are stitched flatter and thinner then embroidered patches, sometimes embroidery cannot create the desired look if the design is very detailed and small, this technique will not let the design loose detail and gives it a perfect rich feel, very similar to clothing labels inside the clothes. A merrowed border is also a must have if you are ordering woven patches to keep the edges from fraying, as these patches are very thin a merrowed border will help maintain the shape.

Total turnaround time for woven patches is 10 days.
It depends on the shape of the patch. Merrow borders can be used only on common shapes like square, rectangular, circle, oval etc. Stitched borders can be used on all shapes.
Yes, with laser cut and hot cut border technology we can make any desired shape of patch.
